5 Shortcuts to Boost Productivity While Typing
I'll cut to the chase, no time to waste, here are some of the shortcuts I've been using a lot lately while typing away:
Ctrl + ← or → | move to the beginning of the next word
Ctrl + ↓ or ↑ | move to the next paragraph (doesn't work in every program)
Holding Shift + ← or → | highlight next or previous character
Home | moves to beginning of line
End | moves to end of line
These shortcuts on their own aren't very impressive, but when combined together and with other keys, they become powerful. Here are some examples:
Note that the Ctrl + ↓ or ↑ commands don't work in all programs (at least not in notepad), but the rest of these shortcuts will work in any program or browser as far as I know. If you're working in a program and one of these shortcuts doesn't work, let me know in the comments and I'll be sure to update the post!
Stay productive my friends!
